The goal of this Brown Ale was to have a nutty, roasted malt, bready flavor with a huge citrus pine flavor that is mellowed out by the sweet honey. This 3 gallon mini-mash is also the first all-grain brew, so we expect there to be a bit of a learning curve with this batch.
The spent grains of this brew were used for a delicious hearty bread.
