So I have finally gotten together all the gear needed to do 10 Gallon Extract batches and or All Grain, but today i stuck to an simple partial mash extract recipe.
After futsing around for well over an hour trying to get the weldless bulkhead to seal properly (tip: use plenty of Teflon tape on the threads), i was off on my way.
This recipe grew a bit during the brew day, it started out being a lighter beer, but after seeing only under a batch of extract left i decided to toss it all in and up the yeast! HELL YEA!!!
