Active Fermentation

This is what I came home to on the day after brew day. An awesome overflow of Krausen! It even managed to get hop residue onto the ceiling.

So I quickly installed blow off tunes into each carboy to release the pressure and krausen build up. But this sure does look like it will be a tastey batch, Wyeast 1388 (Strong Belgian Ale Yeast) sure is getting down on this brew.
