PDF So the Imperial Stout is bottled up. It sat for over a month and is soo dark and black and clean. MMMMM. I gave it a taste, you know cause there is always a little extra that doesn’t quite even out. It’s going to be amazing with carbonation! It’s deep dark silky smooth and ends with just a slight raisin licorice flavor. I’m planning on letting it condition for a good month and chill it slightly for the last week.
