
The airlock has simmered down, but there is still a nice milky krausen on top. Lots of swimming going around as far as I could see. I think i’m going to let this one sit for another 8 or 10 days while i work on a recipe for my first non “kit” brew. All things are looking good with this good ole stout, I just need to be patient and let it sit.
