PDF After 2 weeks in the primary the FG reading finally made it to 1.020 so it was time to bottle. I ended up with just under 4 gallons of this coffee based wake me up stout. All 4 gallons were bottled into 22oz amber bomber bottles. I filled about 21 bottles, one bottle more than the Batch#1. I plan to condition this wonderful stout for at least a month if not longer. I really want to get a good rich taste from it.
