So this is my second brew, this time it is a stout, not just any stout a real morning stout, yes that’s right a Wake Me Up Stout! This stout is a deep intense black beverage brewed with espresso. I think this will be delightful. Learning from Batch#1 I think I was able to overcome any of the down falls of the IPA. But that’s still 3 weeks out. So In any case I’ll update this tomorrow hopefull with some nice krausen, although this is a totally different yest then the last batch, so i’m not able to predict the reaction, regardless, i can’t wait.
I did get a hold of a second 5gallon carboy. I’m wondering if i can use this for secondary fermentation, or will it be too small? hmm…
There is some loss in the brewing process and evaporation, so it’s not totally impossible.
