A week in the carboy and there is still bubbles coming out every so often. There is still some bubbly foam on the top as well. I’m starting to wonder if i should wait another week instead of bottling this Tuesday. I also have been debating second fermentation cycle. But I’ll do that on the next batch I suppose. Temp is around 66 degrees.
